Not only is he a professional poker player but also has quite the palate. As a local business owner and traveler, James quickly realized his two favorite breakfast items were biscuit sandwiches and eggs benedict so … he ran with his vision. Upon discovering there was nothing like this in Lakeland, Florida he quickly phoned a friend. Erik Walter, who has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, stepped up to the call. He created the very menu you see here today! With soulful gravy and made with love biscuits, Erik poured his passion and knowledge into each and every menu item.
